Many private transfers in Chile can be planned individually, especially if they are part of a longer trip, a cruise arrival, a Patagonia route, or a connection toward Argentina.

Yes, if the route and timing allow it. Short stops for a restroom, coffee, or fuel are usually possible on longer drives. If you want to stop for a viewpoint, winery, lunch, archaeological site, national park entrance, ranch, or cave, we need to plan it before the trip, because it changes the timing and sometimes the price.

Yes. A cruise port transfer does not have to be just a drive from the port to the hotel. Depending on your ship schedule, we can plan a route from San Antonio cruise port with stops in Valparaíso, Viña del Mar, Concón, Santiago, or the Casablanca Valley area. This works especially well when you have time before hotel check-in, an airport departure, or the next part of your trip.

How should we plan the pickup time after cruise disembarkation?

It is better not to plan the pickup too tightly. Even if the ship arrives on time, getting off the vessel can take a while: port procedures, luggage, customs, group disembarkation, and the walk to the meeting point all take time. For cruise transfers, please send us the ship name, arrival time, port name, and final destination so we can suggest a pickup time that does not feel rushed.

On some routes, yes. We can plan pickup or drop-off at hotels, park sectors, trailheads, estancias, or agreed meeting points inside or near Torres del Paine. The exact place matters, because Serrano, Grey, Las Torres, Laguna Amarga, Pehoé, Pudeto, and Cerro Castillo are reached by different roads and can change the timing of the transfer.

Yes, some routes from Chilean Patagonia into Argentina can be organized privately, especially routes connected with El Calafate, Torres del Paine, Puerto Natales, Punta Arenas, and Ushuaia. These are longer travel days, not simple city transfers. We need to plan around border opening hours, passport control, luggage checks, road conditions, and ferry timing on some routes.

For long border routes, it is better not to plan a tight same-day flight unless the schedule gives enough margin.

In Atacama, distance, altitude, road conditions, flight arrival time, and hotel location all matter, so it is better to plan the route before the trip.
