From Puerto Natales
Transfer Overview
A private transfer from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine takes you from Puerto Natales city or Puerto Natales Airport (PNT) directly to your hotel, lodge, estancia, or activity point in or near the national park. The route can also be booked in the opposite direction, from Torres del Paine back to Puerto Natales.
We plan the route around your flight time, final hotel or meeting point, group size, and luggage. Hotels in the Serrano and Lake Grey sectors are usually reached through the southern access via Cueva del Milodón, while hotels near Sarmiento, Amarga, Las Torres, and Cerro Guido are usually approached from the east along Route 9. Most transfers take around 2 hours, depending on weather, road conditions, wind, and the exact hotel location.
You can book it as a direct transfer, or add short stops planned before the trip, such as Puerto Bories and the former Frigorífico Bories, Cueva del Milodón, Rupestre Patagonia, Laguna Sofía, or Pingo Salvaje. We also organize transfers to Patagonian ranches, fishing areas, trekking trailheads, mountain access points, and private conservation areas such as Leona Amarga for puma tracking.

Frequently Asked Questions about the Puerto Natales-Torres del Paine Private Transfer
How long does the transfer from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine take?
Travel time may vary with road conditions, rain, and wind direction and strength. The road from Puerto Natales is paved, while several sections near and inside the park are gravel, winding, and have speed limits, so we plan with extra time and a calm, safe pace.
Can you pick us up at Puerto Natales Airport (PNT)?
Please share your flight details before booking so we can match the pickup to your arrival time and plan the route to your final hotel.
Which route do you take into the national park?
For hotels in the Serrano sector and near Lake Grey, we usually take the road through Cueva del Milodón and enter the park from the south. For hotels in the Sarmiento, Amarga, and Las Torres sectors, we usually take Route 9 and approach the park from the east.
Is the Torres del Paine entrance fee included?
If your plan includes stopping at viewpoints or sites inside the park, please tell us in advance so we can coordinate the entrance and timing correctly.
Can the transfer include stops along the way?
Please note that the published price applies to a standard private transfer without stops. Any additional stops, visits, ranch experiences, entrance tickets, meals, horseback riding, sheepdog demonstrations, or other activities are not included in the transfer price and must be discussed and quoted separately.
All additional stops must be agreed in advance, so we can calculate the timing correctly, include entrance fees when needed, coordinate with local schedules, and plan your arrival properly.
Possible stops may include:
Puerto Bories & the former Frigorífico Bories - an important historical site in the Última Esperanza Province, connected to Patagonia's industrial history. The small museum sits next to The Singular restaurant, in an early 20th-century atmosphere.
Cueva del Milodón - a natural monument about 30 minutes from Puerto Natales, with easy walking trails and the cave known for the remains of a prehistoric ground sloth.
Rupestre Patagonia - a private protected area near Cerro Benítez that preserves ancient rock art, rock formations, and traces of the early nomadic peoples of Patagonia.
Laguna Sofía & Pingo Salvaje - a short detour where we can arrange a horseback ride, a ranch-style lunch, or a sheepdog demonstration.
What vehicles do you use, and how is the vehicle chosen?
When booking, please tell us the number of passengers, the ages of children if applicable, and the number and size of suitcases (S, M, L, or XL).
Will we see wildlife or viewpoints along the way?
If your hotel is in the Río Serrano area or near Lake Grey and the transfer takes place during daylight, it can make sense to include a few viewpoints inside or near the park. Traveling toward Sarmiento, Amarga, or Las Torres, you are likely to see guanacos and birds of prey along the road.
Which hotels and lodges do you serve?
Do you also go to Patagonian ranches (estancias)?
Can you arrange transfers for puma tracking or fishing and trekking?
We can also arrange transfers to lakes and rivers for sport fishing, to trekking trailheads, and to mountain access points in the Paine Massif.
What should we know if traveling with children?
Please tell us the number and ages of children when booking so we can prepare suitable child or booster seats and choose the right vehicle.
Is this a guided tour?
A guide can be arranged separately if requested in advance and subject to availability. The transfer can also be arranged with selected pre-arranged stops.
Why choose a private transfer instead of a shared bus?
You do not need to change vehicles, adjust your day to a shared bus schedule, or arrange extra transport on arrival. This is especially useful for travelers with luggage, families, small groups, and guests with fixed hotel or flight plans.
Are food and drinks provided?
On request, at least 72 hours before departure, we can add lunch boxes from Bahía Mansa restaurant - a simple, practical format for the road with sandwiches, something sweet, fruit, and drinks such as tea, coffee, or juice.
Can we book the transfer in the reverse direction?
For return transfers to catch a flight, please share your flight time so we do not plan the drive too tightly before departure.
