Where will the driver meet me?
Once you book your transfer, we will confirm all details in advance, including your hotel, cruise, or flight information, pickup time, and meeting point. For hotel pickups, the driver will meet you at the hotel. For cruise disembarkations, the driver will wait in the passenger exit area with a sign displaying your name. For airport arrivals, the driver will meet you in the arrivals area with a sign showing your name. We will also provide the driver's contact details for direct communication if needed.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you provide your flight details in advance, we will monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time to your updated arrival whenever possible. The driver will meet you at the agreed location after landing, and we will share the driver's contact details before pickup. For significant delays or cancellations, please contact us promptly so we can reconfirm your service.
What happens if my cruise is delayed?
If your cruise arrival is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will adjust the pickup time based on the updated disembarkation schedule whenever possible. Major delays are handled individually and always confirmed directly with you.
Do you monitor flights and cruise arrival times?
Yes. If you provide your flight or cruise details in advance, we monitor arrival information using online sources and adjust pickup timing when possible. For airport transfers, please provide your flight number and arrival or departure details. For cruise transfers, send your ship name, port, and schedule.
How much luggage can I bring?
Our standard allowance is one large suitcase and one personal item per passenger, similar to a typical airline allowance of about 23 kg checked luggage per person. If you are traveling with extra luggage, oversized items, sports equipment, strollers, or bulky items, please inform us when booking.
Are these private or shared transfers?
All services listed here are private transfers. Shared shuttle service is not available. This means the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you or your group, with coordination based on your route, schedule, and pickup point.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Advance booking allows us to confirm availability, arrange the appropriate vehicle, and coordinate your pickup. Last-minute requests may be possible depending on availability, but are subject to confirmation.
Can the transfer include an extra stop?
In some cases, an extra stop can be arranged if it fits the route, timing, and service schedule. Examples include a hotel pickup, a second drop-off, or a brief stop related to your trip. Please request extra stops in advance when booking.
Do you offer child seats?
Yes, child seats are available upon request. If you need a baby seat, child seat, or booster, please inform us when booking so we can check availability and prepare the vehicle.
Do you operate transfers from San Antonio and Valparaiso?
Yes. We operate private cruise transfers from San Antonio port and can also arrange Valparaiso cruise transfers in some cases, depending on route, timing, and logistics. For cruise travel, please send your ship details, port, and schedule in advance so we can confirm your service.
Can you take us from the San Antonio port to the Santiago Airport or hotel?
